Man simulated sex act on pavement

A teenager carried out a sex act and then simulated sex on a pavement after drinking a half bottle of vodka while on medication, a court has heard.

Steven Marshall, 18, of Woodstock Avenue, Galashiels, admitted the offence in his home street on 17 June.
Selkirk Sheriff Court heard he got into a press-up position on the pavement and started simulating sexual intercourse.
Sentence was deferred on Marshall, who takes medication for arthritis. He was put on the sex offenders register.
The court heard that on the evening in question motorists saw Marshall lying on his back carrying out a sex act.

Bike sex man placed on probation

A man caught trying to have sex with his bicycle has been sentenced to three years on probation.

Robert Stewart, 51, admitted a sexually aggravated breach of the peace by conducting himself in a disorderly manner and simulating sex.
Sheriff Colin Miller also placed Stewart on the Sex Offenders Register for three years.
Mr Stewart was caught in the act with his bicycle by cleaners in his bedroom at the Aberley House Hostel in Ayr.
Gail Davidson, prosecuting, told Ayr Sheriff Court: “They knocked on the door several times and there was no reply.
“They used a master key to unlock the door and they then observed the accused wearing only a white t-shirt, naked from the waist down.
“The accused was holding the bike and moving his hips back and forth as if to simulate sex.”

Chef: ‘I had Sex With Sally Anne’s Body’

A man accused of murdering teenage model Sally Anne Bowman says he had sex with her dead body but did not kill her, a court has heard.

Chef Mark Dixie, 37, claims he was under the influence of drink and drugs and had “taken advantage of the situation” as the girl lay in a pool of blood.

Prosecutor Brian Altman added: “That astonishingly is his defence. It is born out of desperation. There is not a single grain of truth in it.”

Sally Anne, 18, who also worked as a hairdresser, was killed by a sex attacker who left her for dead in front of her home, the Old Bailey heard.
